Rutgers - 6.5 vs Army.
Not so much a play on Rutgers team as a play against Army. Army and E. Carolina are neck and neck in "worst team in D1" status. Rutgers has decent team and can put some points on the board. If they can score over 14, they should cover.

Also want to add Arkansas +13

Adding Pittsburg -31. One of THE best teams in the nation will flex their muscles this week and pound Ball State.

Memphis +5.5 Too much offensive power for Southern Miss. Memphis is a better team than they've gotten credit for so far. They'll prove it Saturday.

Oregon -11. Again, a play not so much on Oregon, but against a weak Arizona team.

Louisville +3. I may even buy this one up to 3.5. Great Louisville QB will walk over Syracuse at the Carrier Dome.
